  • Led and coordinated 100+ developers on the ExamTime project, overseeing 200+ pull requests and streamlining workflows for efficient collaboration and delivery.
  • Established clear structures, mentoring contributors and guiding them through open-source best practices to ensure high-quality code and sustained engagement.
  • Designed, built, and launched a full-stack note-sharing platform for students, integrating robust REST APIs, seamless CI/CD pipelines, and modern web technologies.
  • Automated testing and deployment processes with Docker and GitHub Actions, enhancing platform reliability and accelerating feature releases.
  • Drove project milestone planning and feature prioritization, resulting in timely releases and tangible impact for the open-source community.
